door2door rebrand

door2door rebrand

door2door is a mobility start-up in Berlin, developing on-demand ridepooling technology to reduce the number of private cars on the road. As design lead for the rebrand, I helped shape an identity reflective of the visionary, impactful and collaborative nature of the company.

Interviews with the founders and team helped us craft a brand that would speak to the target audience and set door2door apart from the growing list of competitors. The full process can be read about in this blog post. The door2door brand was nominated for the 2019 German Brand Award.

Illustration style

Brand illustrations are built from a library of shapes inspired by city infrastructure: roads, roundabouts and bridges. This modular system is reflective of the company product offering and adheres to a key principle of simplicity. The illustration style can best be seen in the door2door twitter.
